I have a chiropractor adjust me, of coarse I've known him forever. He actually comes to my house and spends a fair amount of time and adjust from my scull to tail bone. I've gotten more relief from him than 3 years of medical visits including an MRI and all the opiates that comes with Dr's.
Ever feel like dying, ever feel alone, Ever feel like cryin', lost child in a store, Ever feel life pushing, shoving you away, Ever feel like breaking down, funeral in the rain Feel like slipping away

It is anti-inflammatory, mimm. Almost every article I find about it recommends using the “extract” of olive leaf. However, I believe that it is safer to use the simple powdered olive leaf. I have a small device called “The Capsule Machine” that I use to make my own capsules of powdered herbs,...for when I want the convenience of taking capsules rather than stirring the powder into water or juice. Here’s a link to a nice article extolling the virtues of olive leaf.
www.naturallivingideas.com/olive-leaf-extract-benefits/ “A 2012 study out of China’s Dalian Medical University, found that the extract of olive leaves was able to significantly reduce paw swelling in rats that had arthritis. The researchers noted that the positive effects were due to the extract’s ability to reduce inflammation in the joints. Other research has found that it helps to relieve chronic pain associated with osteoarthritis – something that an estimated 20 to 27 million people from the U.S. suffer from. It also helps to decrease the production of cytokines and enzymes, which are markers for the inflammatory process, according to an Italian study published in 2014...
The researchers from that study concluded that “Olive oil and olive leaf extract are renowned natural traditional remedies used for the treatment of different conditions, including dermatitis, wound healing and treatment of burns, stomach and intestinal pain, malaria-induced fever, different infections, alopecia, rheumatic pain, otitis, rickets, distortions, sciatica, hypertension, as a diuretic, as a laxative and as an aphrodisiac.”
The Capsule Machine, very short video, worth watching—
The makers of this video also sell olive leaf. It is very inexpensive. I use an electric coffee grinder to grind herbs when they are not available (or are out of stock) in powdered form. www.herbco.com/c-277-olive-leaf.aspx
