Hi everyone. I am an occupational therapist, looking to design adaptive clothing that are stylish, classy, professional. What are your thoughts on adaptive clothing you have tried? What did you like? What really didn’t work at all? How can I make it perfect for you? Welcome your ideas... even if they sound crazy and wild. In fact, those are the best ones. Thanks everyone.
there is a Scottish company called able to wear (https://www.able2wear.co.uk) that deal specifically in clothes designed for disabled people. I get all my trousers from them.
I’m a quad and Dickies Workpants are my favorite. The buttons are easy to attach together on my waist and the lose fit towards my ankle allows more adjustments to hang my urine bag on my ankle and keep it hidden.
