On Thursday I had a dr appt. she looked down and asked what is wrong with your ankle? I had no idea but as I looked down just on the top side above my ankle I had 4 blisters forming in a cluster. Fluid filled. They looked like the kind you get with a sunburn. Clear and glossy. We assumed short boots I had worn earlier rubbed against me. Through the night after having socks on they popped. My ankle is now swollen and the area is red around the sores. I haven’t had a pressure sore since I’ve been in the hospital but I have had a couple areas around my ankles not heal quickly (the scars are still purple after a year). Has anyone experienced anything like this? Would this be sci related. I walk a little and this is my leg that has the most movement. My other foot and ankle swell not this one not normally.

I guess I would turn and go back to the doctor. It could be infection.
I step in the water, but the water has moved on...
bre, I suspect a chemical in those short boots. “...Other times, though, they're used more widely in the shoe. In one example, a patient reacted to a simple pair of canvas shoes. On a hot day, with sweating, the rubber cement used in the shoe leached out of the shoe. The patient reacted to the rubber cement and then developed blisters all over the top of her feet...” www.doctorkatta.com/single-post/2018/03/20/Shoes-How-They-Can-Lead-Your-Skin-Askew
