In 2006, Larry Benowitz, Doctor and Scientist made discoveries that paved the way for
A New way for nerve growth and regeneration. Dr. Benowitz actually was working on knowledge gathered from other researchers before him but his team at Children’s Hospital reported success in growing and reconnecting severed nerves.
His research used only 3 ingredients or factors
1. Cyclic AmP - made possible by forskolin
2. Oncomodulin produced by blood cells
3. PTEN deletion.
Our company , Lux Research continued on the work of Dr. Benowitz and what we found is these:
The formula above only needed some modification and it would become a success.
1. Forskolin
2. Oncomodulin - digging deeper into the works of Dr. Benowitz, he also reveals that
Inosine, a chemical humans produce in our bodies can replace and substitute for ONcomodulin.
3. PTEN deletion - this one needs some explanation – it means the Gene PTEN is silenced or its activity is suppressed to create the necessary action. But what we discovered is it always leads to P13K which eventually leads to Akt.
We also found that Dr. Benowitz was using PTEN because medical science can not use
herbs at this time – there is no money investing in herbs.
But certain herbs actually are able to lead to the P13K pathway and Akt.
At last we had something to work on because we tested several herbs that do both
and we have a successful formula
Our formula:
1 forskolin
2. Inosine
3 herbs activating P13K which always leads to Akt.
The Akt is important because when nerves have to grow and regenerate, they
Are under stress and can die, the Akt prevents nerve cells from dying, they survive
Has anyone had experience or knowledge of this product? Thank you
The article is misleading, they say they have continued on with the research of Dr Larry Benowitz when that doctor is still doing the research, the article makes it sound as though he stopped, they should have said they are doing their own research. Dr Benowitz was and is also mainly researching Optic nerve regeneration.
Plus, if this research had truly resulted in helping the SCI community at all, there would have been media stories everywhere but they are probably just another company jumping on the bandwagon of preying on the ones who are desperate
