Severe neuropathy pain

Difficult theme.
What have you already tried, except Lyrica?
Some help Kratom very well (as Vintage has already mentioned). CBD-oil would be a possibility or medicinal marijuana (if legal).
A combination of medications might be helpful (but in a different dose). For example, Lyrica can be combined with Neurontin or Cymbalta, which sometimes works better than the single dose.

I'm still looking for pain relief. I'm currently trying it on the mental level (self-hypnosis, relaxation techniques, ...).
You could also try acupuncture.

If anything else comes to my mind, I'll let you know.

Chiropractors are wonderful. Many, though, are afraid to work on anyone with SCI. And they usually have to be paid ‘out of pocket’, not by insurance.

I wonder if it would work for neuropathic pain like that but a TENS unit helped my nerve pain in my back. I was so surprised at how much it helped... it went from barely tolerable to tolerable right after.
