England wheelchair accommodation

Hi,  Im a t4 para from Australia and we are travelling to England and Wales in August/September this year.  We have all our accommodation booked with the exception of 4 nights that we would like to spend within an hours drive of Southampton prior to a cruise.  I've spent hours upon hours searching all the usual web pages for accommodation that has a roll in shower, and we are struggling to find something we like that is suitable.  We have found a few places that are accessible, but for one reason or another we arent that keen on them.  (small room, no parking, too far from other services, dodgy area)  Also the fact that its high season is prob not helping either.

I know its a long shot, but does anybody have any personal experiences with accommodation down this way that you could suggest?
