Questionnaire for a Product Design Student!

Hi, my name is Ollie Sohawon, I’m a Product Design student in the final year of London South Bank University, and my major project is looking into an assistive device for people with spinal cord injuries. I would like to ask for a few minutes of your time please to answer a brief questionnaire to help me scope the early stages of my research and I’d be extremely grateful if you could spend no more than 10 minutes filling it out through the following link. I will be very interested to contact certain users for more detailed feedback and I’m looking to run a one to one short interview if possible at a later date, if you are interested in participating in one of these, I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know. at the end of the survey.
