Muscle spasms and convulsions

Hey all, I am a c5-7 incomplete quadriplegic 22 years post injury. so, the Last couple years I’ve been getting some crazy full body spasms/full Convulsions (completely different then your normal quad spasms). My hands lock up and my body from chest down is crazy. My legs kick, twitch, seize up. My torso does the same which makes it hard to breathe. Needless to say it makes it hard to stay in my chair crazy. Yes, I have seen multiple Specalists and what not with no prevail. I did PT for a year and have tried different muscle/spasms meds. Nothing seems to work. The only thing that will help is pain meds.... It’s almost as if my body is have a seizure but I have no mental effects from it. Any experience this? Please help, anything.
