Thank you for your response. I also have bowel problems which most fibro people do. But as you say use it or lose it Lara this is what i also advocate i just wish i was good at taking my own advice!! I will take a look at the links now. I have started a small program for my self unfortunately Fibro pain especially in the spine area does not respond like any other spinal problem. Heck nothing responds like any thing else Fibro is just as debilitating as many major disability but we keep looking for ways to make life easier.

Hi mo and your welcome..its interesting to know that fibro causes 'spinal' problems, it sounds painful but to add to my understanding is it the muscles around the spine area that become painful due to the fibromyalgia?
Hi Lara, one of the main symptoms of Fibro is all over muscle and nerve pain You could think of it like an auto immune illness though it is not. but it is a good way of looking at it. We can not turn the pain off even though it is actually not damaging the joints etc. The Brain is actually miss firing and sending pain signals to my back for eg. This makes movement or exercising almost impossible. So after time your muscles will as we know lose there strength and become weak. To move is painful and exhausting and it can take days or weeks to recover instead of the normal hours it should.
We get mega muscle spasms when we try to do things. Not everyone ends up in a chair like me. But then again some get worse and end up bed bound !! There is many degrees of fibro and muscle pain But there is so many more things to deal with that makes everything so exhausting exasperating and frustrating aarrggh To day i have been hit with muscle pain and inflammation from my shoulders to my toes. The reason why I have been trying to use a pedometer and start pacing steps around the home. I have only done 11ooo over 7 days !! which is at least 6000 i would have normally done today i am bed bound because of the pain in the whole of my back !! I think the answer to your question depends on which doctor you talk to.
Thank you Lara and DJ I have been out of bed all day today and have done some steps but the pain is reminding me not to go at it like a bull in a china shop
Heat water in a tier steamer. Season the couscous, then toss with 1 tsp oil. Pour boiling water over the couscous so it covers it by 1cm, then set aside. When the water in the steamer comes to the boil, tip the broccoli into the water, then lay the salmon in the tier above. Cook for 3 mins until the salmon is cooked and the broccoli tender. Drain the broccoli and run it under cold water to cool.
Mix together the remaining oil and lemon juice. Toss the broccoli, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds through the couscous with the lemon dressing. At the last moment, roughly chop the watercress and toss through the couscous. Serve with the salmon, lemon wedges for squeezing over and extra olive oil for drizzling, if you like.
This is quick and so easy to make and looks just so yummy

Brooktrout
Flour Dash salt/pepper Butter 1 egg
Dip fish in egg, then flour, salt/pepper into the pan of hot butter. What makes this awesome besides the taste is I caught the fish out back and used one of my chickens eggs.
OMG I could just eat that I love couscous had some the other day yummy
I hate couscous
I don't care for couscous either, but ate it mixed with quinoa and it added a nice texture. Flavor came from lentils, peppers, carrots, celery, and onions. Light Balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.

That looks absolutely wonderful!!!! I make my naan from scratch, and wouldn't want to spend that time and not enjoy its special texture and flavor alongside food. I am going to try this recipe with store-bought whole wheat pita bread.
