As a few of you know, I got my new wheels yesterday. I was under the impression that they would come with axles; however, they did not. The axles I have are too long. Should I buy different axles or buy spacers?
Hi Knight, personally I would get the right sized axles, I don't like spacers, being an ex biker I'm right into looks, things have to be perfect for me, but that's just me.
That's what I'm thinking too, Butiki. I spent the money to get the wheels matching, might as well get the correct axles too... but what size axles do I get for narrow hub spinergys?
Knight, I'm with Butiki, I'd say go with axels as well. As for axel size I really don't know the answer to that. Do you think the people you purchased the wheels from would know?
Axle size varies per manufacture of your chair. I have Q7 and a Top End with Spinergy wheels. Both chairs came with spacers for the axles. I am not aware of axles that are made specific to Spinergy wheels. Let me know if you can get axles for your chair. They stick our too far on my Q7.
God Bless
Andrew
