I am just thinking about natural remedies to muscle stiffness and nerve pain. I was cruising through the threads here and saw that some suggested turmeric. I wonder where to get that and how to use it in cooking. I have also read that apple cider vinegar is a wonderful substance and for a while, I was drinking several capfuls a day. I use alpha nucleic acid instead of gabapentin and find that it has far fewer side effects.
What have you heard, or tried that has helped with your health?
ladylimpsalot, you should be able to find turmeric at your local grocery store. It's a yellowish powder and all you have to do is throw in a tiny little bit of it when you're cooking

Thank you DJ. Does it throw off the taste of what you're cooking?

As long as you add a pinch of tumeric I don't think you'll notice a difference
