Or any programs that offer assistance. I'll be in the Pismo Beach area, San Luis Obispo County. Thanks

Hi freeb and To the forum. Here in Australia the only way you can get any subsidies for power, water,phone or car registration is to be on a government pension. I get income protection insurance which is about $60 more than the pension but I get no support at all. Sorry I know I'm a long way from California, but just thought I would put my two cents worth in.
