Yes, things around me are pretty well adapted. I forgot to mention a spa (or hot tub ). I used to get in it year round, at least 4 days per week, especially before going to bed or after skiing. It was wonderful. While in Boston my husband installed a lift system to help me get in and out without hurting myself. Unfortunately it doesn't get me in and out in one step. I have to sit on the edge and change the straps to get me into the bottom also we close it down for the winter now. :-(
DJ you guys are sending us your cold ... Eh ...frigid weather plus the snow!! I was supposed to go workout with my kineo. This afternoon but the roads are terrible apparently and my husband doesn't want me taking any risks, especially with my shoulder still sore. I can't wait for the snow to melt so we can get the spa going again and hopefully figure out a way to get in and out safely on my own.
Ahh cbdives I'm not alone with a water bed! Cool outside? Try frigid. The last few nights it has gone down to -40 celcius (which is also -40 F i just discovered) with the wind chill factor!❄️
Whats this with water beds lol I always wondered what they would be like to sleep in but i imagined rolling all over the place or bursting the bed somehow
cbdives..you having a water dosent surprise me lol

Well Lαrα my first experience in a waterbed was basically a bag of water so I sloched around every time I moved. I bought 'anti wave' mattresses ever since. No tsunami's. ???? At first I was afraid that one of my German shepherds or cats could pierce the bed but that has never been an issue.
i am a Pisces so maybe that explains the waterbed.
No I think you guys sent us your winter! Quebec winters are quite bad normally aren't they?
Well when that's all you've known, you consider that normal. But thankfully we are well equipped for cleaning the roads, it's when the wind kicks in that it makes life more difficult.
I used to to love driving in storms. It is so quiet, you hear the snow drifts hitting the car as you drive through them. Now I have turned into a scary cat because it won't (necessarily) be able to get out of the car if needed..
Yeah Quebec has a great snow removal system sherry! I remember I was there one winter and noticed that they actually remove the snow off the roads with huge snow blowers instead of plowing them to the side!
