We had a great dive today! Did a lot of swimming. I was trying to perfect my student's swim kick. He was bit sloppy. Think he's got it now. Water temp was a little cool...but my expensive 5 mil wet suit kept me warm! Got "attacked" by an angry octopus...but I harassed him a lot.

I do water aerobics 3 times a week, and also a deep water aerobic class, which is all about working your core I also walk my dog for at least 20 mins in the local park each day - I'm on sticks (love this simile) and the local park has many strategically placed benches along the river, in the shadow of Warwick Castle - it's gorgeous! I also have several holistic treatments done when I can afford to, the best I have found is something called The Dorn Method, which is amazing, it's so gentle and non invasive, unlike chiropractor s and osteopath s, I feel physically sick at the thought of one of them touching my spine ever again!!! I also have reflexology done, I am a qualified reflexology therapist now, couldn't go back to accounting so retrained I'm rambling now so I'll get me coat..........
hellsbells...I can imagine thats a very lovely walk..very scenic The reflexology sounds interesting and whats 'The Dorn method? can you tell us a little about it please
And dont worry about rambling on....plenty of us do here lol
Thankyou for posting the vid up..it will indeed be very helpful for many. I love how you talk through everything carefully and you are also giving great insight for how it is for an incomplete
The Dorn Method is an amazing treatment, I'm seriously considering doing the training to do along side the reflexology I am also planning to do level 3 counselling too! But, back too The Dorn Method......here is a link to the local site to me - there is alust of practitioners on here for the UK....... Jojo who doesn't treatments trained here as did one of my besties who now lives in Cornwall....... link.
