Me too cbdives...neither on my butt cheeks..! lol I was on the highest level in rehab one day in the physio room and the physio asked of i felt anything. I replied that i felt a very faint tingle, she told me that normally at half the power my butt cheeks should be clenching like crazy!

Tens dosent work normally with CES peeps though

Sounds like the therapist you both had has no idea how to use a TENS. The electrodes need to go above the source of the pain (injury site) in an X configuration using all 4 leads. Then it will create a disturbance field that could help block pain. A standard TENS is not intended to use for muscle conditioning. An EMS is designed for that and it produces much more power than a TENS unit.

I use the TENS unit on my shoulders and mid-back after a long day to relax my muscles. It helps a lot. I've gotten to skip taking my pain pills because of using it.

Thats interesting truwrecks and thankyou because you made me realise something

..It actually wasnt a tense unit that the physio used so i need to apologise. It is FES that dosent normally work on CES, its was a FES equipment that the physio used on me.

I also used a TENSE unit for pain and i do remember feeling it very noticably but it didnt work on me greatly for pain relief.
