Please watch this video and tell me what you think. It seems like it could be benefical to someone with an injury, of course it wouldn't be as easy as 123, but I see possibilities. Appreciate feedback, thank you!
I made a device like this, but not elastic--webbing with multiple handles, utilizing gravity and body position. Great idea that works! Most of us can begin to do more than very basic moves, and need to have exercises designed that will not cause/allow further injury.

That's what they call that aye. Thanks for the continuing education. Sorry DJ for your disappointment. I think Thera-bands are a great, and you can really exercise and strengthen your body with regular floor exercises.
Awesome! Can you give more info how you made it? Would it cost less than buying this one? (About $300) Appreciate any help you can give.
Definitely cheaper. Basically mine is a system of handles, tubular nylon (for strength), and various fasteners. I sewed things together with an awl, easy to use even with limited hand function. Later, I decided that tieing in the D-rings would have been a lot easier, using the 0.5" tubular nylon! Attachment to door as shown in video is not safe, IMHO. I put bolts into framing of my garage for safe attachment, and made system so that it was adjustable from floor level with clipping into different lengths. I also can attach weights (recycled from old window frames) to use for lighter exercises. Sorry, I do not have the energy and time to draw out the whole thing for you, but am including links to the products I used. awl~https://www.strapworks.com/Sewing_Awl_p/awl.htm handle~search for "handle" at strapworks.com tubing~http://www.strapworks.com/Tubular_Nylon_s/62.htm I used 0.5" tubular nylon. Basic idea is to create unbreakable bands that you can use your body weight and angle to substitute for free weights. Use D-rings along the length of the webbing to accommodate types of exercises you want to do. Handles are detachable and repositionable with carabiners.
