Hows it going Abacoian? I've just starting working a band for my upper body. It's been awhile. Have been a little sore from my ankle surgery, but trying not make it a excuse not to work my other leg. I have a leg weight similar to yours. Watching your video has helped motivate me to get back at it. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
Great to hear that your exercising! Keep at it, it is worth it. Even though sometimes I feel more like not doing anything. I'd been working out my program steady, but this week work and energy and other circumstances have hindered my workouts. Be careful, a day off can be good but it can quickly turn into weeks. It's a struggle to keep at it but I have found sticking with your exercise routine is a good habit to build.
I have some ideas that I want to share and get feedback on but have to go for now.
