Cauda Equina Syndrome Classification: Complete or Incomplete

Hiupdate my gp gave me 2 sachets of picolax to empty my bowel which I took Sunday,  but, I only had 2 small loose bowel movements no where near enough to clear me. IT all just stopped. I was in a lot of pain and felt like bowel full but it wouldn't come out so went to gp. He called the hospital and sent me straight over in case of an obstruction.
An hour later at the hospital in A+E and bloods taken told nothing to eat or drink in case surgery needed.
 6 hours later I finally got called to go on to a ward and was given a bed. Another 5 hours later I eventually saw a doctor who apologised profusely that I seem to have been forgotten (baring in mind I had now gone 15 hours without even water!!!!!)  I was sent for a CT scan at midnight which showed no obstruction but I did still have a lot of stool  still in me but they were more concerned with my bladder that had thickened wall and a small amount of blood in urine. Kept in that night but got sent home yesterday afternoon no better off, still full and just told to keep taking laxatives every day as my colon wasn't now working at all so need an osmotic and softer.  That's it. So I'm still in the same position I have been for last few weeks but I'm getting seepage from rectum all the time which apparantly the picolax still in my system so I'm resorting to nappies lol what a life. Lol fun eh!
