A while ago a colleague sent me this link www.physiotherapyexercises.com/ that I know want to share with you I think it is a really impressive collection of exercises for people with disabilities and also very well structured. I'm not injured myself and also not a medical professional so I can't really tell you how useful it is. But maybe someone here has experiences with this website?
Great find jubejube! I love how you can select an injury level and find excersizes based on what is possible to do with that injury. I looked at the excersizes options for a C6 injury and found lots of similar excersizes I do at physio.

This is great. Wish I'd seen it sooner. I was bummed a bit by my couple of P.T. sessions for my neck. (cervical fusion) I was told by the doctor they would be doing a massage which I was looking forward to because the neck was feeling stiff. But instead the first thing my new P.T. wanted to work on was my core. I didn't mind, core work is good for the whole body but it wasn't what I was expecting. I've been working on my core for 4-5 years, it's not bad, and I had a hard time getting fired up about exercises I'd started with 5yrs. ago. The ankle surgery only let me attend a couple, and honestly I felt it was a waste of time and money. I won't return.
kilg0retr0ut, physiotherapists normally start with the core because to make everything else functional, your core has to be functional. I'm sure you have fairly good core strength, maybe you could ask him/her to work on other areas?
kilg0retr0ut, did you talk to your P.T. about your expectations? So many times I think there are misunderstandings and the best way to get rid of them is talking, getting on the same page. And to a certain extent it's also chemistry, I think, You need to "click".
jubejube, Hi don't have an experience with the site you have mentioned, but I am experienced with physiotherapy treatment. Physiotherapy deals with maintaining and restoring functional movement, reducing pain and thus promoting health in individuals. I had osteoarthritis and tried physiotherapy treatment from Physio now, Mississauga. I'm attending the last session now and the result really amazing.
