The transfers weren't going so smooth. Tonight I figured it out, smooth transfer on and off a bonus. Here are some of my I wish it went better things: with my effort to move, my knees turn in the knee supports, maybe tight legs or the supports are too big? I wish my knees stayed straight, but so far no problems. I wish it wasn't so difficult to push the handles all the way through and put a full stretch on my legs, instead I'm just getting small movements. But I'm only on try 4, I would hope that over time it will get better for me. My left arm has no push so mainly my right working, a little concerned about my shoulder. My wife helps me before I get out to put a full stretch on each leg. I think I stayed in it about 50 minutes tonight. At the end I drop the seat and practice squats, it feels like the knee supports target some muscles that help me power up, I hope they will strengthen and be usable outside of the glider. I'm hoping to figure out a full core workout while standing in it. I'm leaning toward trying to get one but still a bit worried. Have you guys seen any improvements that carry over to outside of the glider? Thank you for your feedback.
