I try to make this a part of my regular routine and it helps my arms. Specifically I can reach things better and not have to get my wheelchair right u to something to get it.
I’d had a rotator cuff injury (shoulder joint) almost twenty years ago. I can’t “exercise” it. It would be contra-indicated for me. I’m just extremely grateful that I’ve stayed strung together well enough to drag my body in and out of bed. Plus, I’m female. But you fellows who can do exercises, more power to ya’!
