I pay a neighbor to buy my groceries. Everything else, I order online. So, what I’m about to say about grocery stores is just “theoretical”. Occasionally, I sneeze. I’ve thought, while rolling from the kitchen to the living room, “Hmm. I need a Kleenex. And, if there were anyone else here, this would be disgusting.” But, I finish rolling to the living room, find the box of Kleenex, and the debacle is ameliaorated. But, thinking theoretically, ...nowadays, if I were to be rolling my wheelchair down a grocery store aisle, and let loose a huge Achooo!, without so much as covering my mouth with my hand (as is sometimes impossible unless I’m willing to crash my wheelchair), ...then, yes, I think that I would suddenly become persona very non grata in that grocery store, and quite possibly the store’s public enemy number one. “Be on the lookout for this woman. She sneezed in a grocery store.”
cmon people, stop being so fearful, when i am out in public i cover my mouth when sneezing, i dont spray it. u all sound real fearful like your end is near. fear is what kills people not so much viruses, unless you are super unfortunate. i will never wear a mask unless there is a real pandemic or epidemic. just my point of view.
this all depends on location also, where i live there is less than 1000 people with virus in area so staying away or physical distancing is enough, no need to wear a mask, again my opinion but im well so far w/o wearing a mask.
My area is near an international airport, and is a hotbed of covid 19 cases. I found an old mask I'd used when cutting wood with a power tool. It had protected me from sawdust. I washed it and have it ready in case I leave my house.
Sam, despite my best efforts, because I'm rolling in a manual wheelchair, I can't always cover my mouth in time before I sneeze. I try, but sometimes the sneeze catches me by surprise,... off guard,... and not crashing my wheelchair is more important than covering my mouth. Well, at least before corona virus, that's what I thought.
