Survey participants needed for research about exercise

I am in my final semester of an Exercise Physiology program before I (hopefully) continue on to Occupational Therapy school. For my senior thesis, I really wanted to address the fact that Exercise Science, as an academic discipline, too often ignores the needs of people with mobility impairments.

I designed a study that would survey people with spinal cord injuries. I was really excited about my project, and I contacted all the local home health agencies and the Independent Living Center to ask them to pass on letters explaining my study to anyone with a spinal cord injury. Obviously, because of privacy restrictions, I've had no way to contact potential participants directly, unless they first found out about my study through one of those letters and then contacted me. Unfortunately, I have received zero responses to those letters.

Now, I'm turning to the internet as a last-ditch effort. I need survey responses this week, or else I'll have to change my population to something I know I can easily sample, like college students without disabilities. That would completely defeat the original purpose of my study!

Please, if you are over 18, live in the U.S., and have a spinal cord injury, take my survey (link below). If you do not meet those requirements, but you know someone who does, please pass the link along. If you have any ideas of other places online where I might find some help, please let me know.
