speaking of foot problems, does anyone have pain where there is no feeling. My legs are both numb. No sensation al all to touchm, heat of pins. Yet every day I get a stabbing pain. It could be in the toes, middle of the foot, leg, heel, or any place. It only last a few minutes but it really hurts,. My doctor and I have discussed it and we are trying Lyrica. This drug was developed for people with Diabetes pain It seems to work for me also. I tried Neurontin, but that did not work

Hey DJ, Been trying to post some pic's of my AFO's. First the pic we took was to lg. 1.7mb, by cropping it we got it to load, but when we posted it only the text displayed. I have no skills, will have to wait for my wife to get home to try again.

Through the forum I believe. She took the pic with her Ipad, not sure what went on. I've spent most last 12yrs. in the woods with chipmunks and trees. Still catching up with technology.
Benson, I get stabbing pains sometimes. They come on quick and leave quick but the last time they lasted maybe 24 hours. I think the heating pad and ibuprofen helped. The last time it was like an ice pick going thru my ankle. It doesn't happen often so I haven't spoken to the doctor yet. I was on neurotin and that didn't seem to help. I'm currently not on any meds :-)

Me too on the stabbing pains. I clump those into the general neuro pains, and wow they can be sharp. I haven't found anything that works on those. Doe's anyone have electric shocks? Sounds crazy, but along with the numb, burning tingles ( the sleeping limb waking up feeling), stabbing pains, hot and cold issues, I also have these shocks. The Lyrica has taken 90% of these away. I also take Tramadol, It seems to make my legs less uncomfortable. Lyrica 100mg, 100mg Tramadol when I get up, the same at about 3 pm. This is the best combo I've found.

hi, i get the random nerve stabbing pain and its most annoying but even more annoying is the constant burning in my feet...i hate it and to be honest I was prescribed Lyrica and it wasn't effective for me.
My feet are pretty much numb and i get spasms in my ankles and my toes jump randomly on their own.
