Its healing DJ, now I just want to make sure it doesn't happen again. Ive been reading the blog on Puracyn, amazing results. Ive got to try it,UTIs really knock the stuffing out of you, and the hospital treatment sucks Venko is rough on the kidneys.

I feel the same way. My Vetericyn is being shipped. I've never instilled anything into my bladder and am a little freaked out about it. Being female I figured I would use the spray attachment for the area around my urethra until I get brave enough. I figure the doctors will not know anything about this but I've got to get out of this antibiotic loop.
Vetericyn VF (Wound and Skin Spray), 16oz size, is on sale for $26.95 at www.jefferspet.com/product.asp?pn=0035282, free shipping over $49 (two bottles), and save additional $10 off $100+ order using code MD2014 through Monday(DST). If you have a dog and they like to chew, they will thank you forever if you get them www.jefferspet.com/chew-hooves/camid/PET/cp/1277/--despite warning, smell stops when chew dries out and it has never stained my carpet (might stain fabric?). Lorenz works for these!!!! A 5-lb box lasts him about 6 months, chewing every day; just bought a year's supply (two 5-lb boxes are cheaper than 10lb), lucky boy.

It does contain very diluted bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite, NaOCI, 0.004%), which explains smell. Does not burn. I spray it on directly.

Got the Vetericyn and immediately sprayed it in my eyes to see if it stung. No sting at all so Im using it now, I've been using it when I catherize to sanitize the penis and then after I put the lubricant on the catheter I spray the catheter with Vetericyn and insert. So far so good. I also infused it into my bladder a few times, it has cut down on sediment and discomfort. Still experimenting, but all good
